How can I be assured of the gold or silver purity and content in each shekel or silver bar I order?
Every shekel is certified by Argor-Heraeus Mint to its quality, purity and fine of gold or silver and weight. All gold shekels are 999.9 pure gold and silver bars 999.9. The fine weight of each shekel is certified on the shekel certificate.

How are the shekels shipped from Switzerland to my delivery address?
All shekel deliveries are sent SwissPost Priority Registered Post. The recipient must sign for the delivery at time of collection.

How long does it take for my order to arrive and how do I know when it has been shipped?
Generally time of delivery will be under 10 working days from despatch. An item will only be despatched once an Customer funds  have been confirmed cleared. Once the shipment has been processed you will receive notification of date of shipment, address forwarded to and tracking number.
